Returns must be shipped to us within 2 weeks of purchase, in original package, un-worn & un-damaged, returned in the same condition sent, with it’s invoice. I will gladly exchange the piece or give you credit.

All orders will be sent through the United Postal Services and insured. Each piece of jewelry will be shipped in a gift box. Allow up to 2 weeks from ordering to delivery date. Shipping and Handling Charges (Within the Continental United States):

Any product needing repair within this term under normal wear and usage may be returned to us for repair free of charge. We reserve the right to determine normal wear and usage. If your jewelry is in need of repair after one month, we are happy to take care of it for a minimal charge plus shipping and handling.
If you lose one earring from a pair, we can usually replace the missing earring for half of the current full pair price. As each item is handmade, we will require the existing earring in order to match it as best as possible. Please note that some stones are limited availability and may no longer be available.

To determine bracelet size:
- Measure wrist with a flexible tape, just above the wrist bone where you would place a watch. (If you do not have a flexible measuring tape, use a ribbon or some string and measure the resulting length after you remove the ribbon or string from your wrist.)
- Pull snug, but not too tight. Note the measurement.
- Now add 1″. This is your approximate size.
- Select the nearest size: 6.0″, 6.5″, 7.0″, 7.5″, 8.0″. If your measurement is in between these sizes, select the next larger size. For example, if your wrist plus 1 inch measures 7.25″, choose the size 7.5″. A little extra wiggle room is typically more comfortable than too little wiggle room.
Our bracelets measure: 6.5, 7.0, 7.5, 8.0. All lengths are in inches.
Young Ladies’ bracelets measure: 6.0, 6.5, 7.0, 7.5.
Average size is approximately 7.0-7.5″ for adults.
